We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager-to-learn Junior Project Coordinator to provide crucial administrative support to Project Managers and the Program Manager. This role involves assisting in company internal processes, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams, with the expectation of outgrowing the role within a year through demonstrated potential. A key requirement for this position is having technical (programming) skills to support small internal initiatives within the PMO.

As a Business Development Senior Specialist, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert across the organization, focusing on Energy, Federal, Environmental, Rail, Water and related markets. Your role involves advising technical teams and project leads during client pursuits, leveraging your expertise in business development strategy. Additionally, you’ll lead initiatives such as outbound client capture plans, intelligence gathering, go/no-go decisions, and interview preparation.

This player-coach role blends strategy and execution driving workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development. You’ll provide direct HRBP support to senior leaders while developing HRBPs to ensure consistent and effective HR delivery across the organization overseeing immigration, complex employee relations, and compliance.
